He gathered all of my requirements and presented me with a number of options which suited my needs. He thoroughly discussed each option, patiently answering any questions I had – how the policy worked, premiums, “what if’s”, small print etc.
I feel that he enabled me to thoroughly understand my choices before making a final decision.
I also took out an additional policy for life insurance, at a marginal extra cost, as it made financial sense.
